We Can Help You With:

  • Storm Damage
  • Fire Damage
  • Water Damage
  • And More...
  • We help you with a 5 Step Process. Below is a summary:

*STEP 1: We will start by providing you with a FREE, no obligation consultation, face to face. We will explain the entire insurance claim process and tell you from A-Z what you should expect. This area is our specialty. We are skilled in working with insurance companies. We have worked with most insurance carriers and all the major companies. We guarantee that you will come away from this meeting with a new understanding and armed with new knowledge that will save you money and will ensure that you have the tools to make the most of your insurance restoration process, whether you decide to do business with us or not. This is your PROPERTY we are talking about. And THIS IS WHAT INSURANCE IS FOR. THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE BEEN PAYING ALL THOSE PREMIUMS. The insurance company has an OBLIGATION to help you. They must pay the current market price to complete repairs to every last item that has been damaged, down to the very last scratch. And everything must be replaced to brand new quality.

*STEP 2: We will inspect your ENTIRE property for casualty damage. Again, THIS IS FREE! More often than not, there is hidden damage that has gone unnoticed. Most of the time, the insurance adjuster that visits a property will only inspect the damage they have been shown. If no one has noticed certain damage, your adjuster will not see it and you will not get the money to make the necessary repairs. You need to know about this damage NOW, and not when it is too late. We are incredibly skilled at finding this damage and we are able to prescribe the necessary repairs for this damage and price it, item for item. We utilize a software program called Xactimate. This is the same software that State Farm, Nationwide, USAA and over 80% of the insurance carriers utilize to come up with a market price for the restoration process, item for item. We have the same prices as the insurance companies and these prices update quarterly. After a catastrophe, such as a windstorm or a hurricane, the prices change about 2-3 weeks after the storm. They normally go up because of supply shortages and the limited availability of contractors. If your adjuster has already been to your property and you have already received a settlement check, there is a good possibility that the prices have since been updated. If you still have not completed your repairs you can get the insurance company to revise their claim report and issue you additional funds. This is also our area of specialty, to assist you the entire way through this process. We will compile a detailed report using this software, complete with line item repairs, dimensions, measurements and photos.

(NOTE: If you have already received a payment from your insurance carrier, this does not mean that your claim has been "closed" and that there are no additional funds available. A claim is never closed until you have made all repairs to damages caused by the storm.)

(ALSO: Your premiums will never be raised because you are filing a claim. This is a common myth. Homeowners insurance is very different from auto insurance in the sense that you do not get penalized for filing a claim by having your premiums raised. If your premium ever gets raised it is because of the overall damage to your region and not just your property. In short, if your payments go up, they are going to do so whether you file a claim or not.)

*STEP 3: Should you decide to hire our company as your contractor, we will immediately send our reports and findings to your insurance company in an overnight package. We will aggressively follow up with them until they approve the claim and send you all funds necessary to complete the repairs. If they need to visit or re-visit the property, we will meet them at your property and represent you as your general contractor to ensure that all damages are assessed and paid for accordingly. WE WILL NEVER CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THE INSURANCE COMPANY APPROVES, unless you request additional work or upgraded features. It is not uncommon for us to include certain upgraded features for free.

*STEP 4: As soon as you hire us we will also schedule immediate temporary repairs, if needed, to ensure that your property is not incurring additional damages. This is expected of you as the homeowner in your insurance policy to make any necessary temporary repairs, such as installing tarps or other methods to protect your home from further damages and expenses. We handle all of this for you and we bill your insurance company, as this is their responsibility to pay for this.

*STEP 5: Once we are able to obtain approval from the insurance company for all necessary repairs we will perform repairs to all damages that were caused from the storm. We are not a roofing company (although we do provide roofing services). We are a general contractor and we do all work associated with your claim, even if this means a 4 x 4 foot section of carpet in your closet. We handle it all, from A-Z. And we perform those repairs with the absolute highest standards of quality in the industry. Your project will be managed by our on-site project managers and overseen by a production supervisor. We will be there with you every step of the way, involving you at all turns in the project. You will always have access to our staff to express concerns, make requests and to just get information or explanations on the status of your project. We will provide reports to your insurance company and if your mortgage company is involved we are able to work with them and are familiar with their processes as well.
